Walmart thinks of themselves
first and foremost, as a retailer. After all, there is a Walmart
just about in any town you can think of. It has become a household
name. But Walmart.com?
Yes. Founded in January 2000, Walmart.com is a subsidiary of
Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. And since they have the resources and
the big mother company behind them, it makes them a definite
player in my book.
They just launched a redesign of their web site, and in my opinion,
it a winner!

Overall, You know that Walmart
carries just about anything you can think of. But I was really
impressed with their selection of storage and organization products.
Definitely check it out.

Customer Service:
There are multiple ways to contact them.
You can use their form (Email), phone, or Snail Mail (Post Office).
If you call them, it's an 800 number and they are available
6 a.m. to 1 a.m. (CT), 7 days a week.
Payments Accepted:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover and Wal-Mart Discover, or BillMeLater (their payment
plan)
Return Policies:
You can return an item by mail,
or you can return to a store. Items can usually be returned
within 90 days of receiving it. They do have exceptions on some
items, so do read their return policy for more information about
you item.
Pros
I just love their new site! It
is very simple to find things. The layout is clean, and the
services they offer, well, there is just too many.
I was also very impress with their Storage and Organization
section, especially Closet Organization. Great Selection.
Ok, one more thing that is worth mentioning. Each product has
a Features & Specifications section that is really helpful.
Also, they suggest Accessories, Coordinating Items and Gifting
Option (You can actually see what its going to look like). WOW!
Cons
There is really nothing to complain
about on this one. But if I absolutely had to, I would say even
though the have the "Closits Modular System" for the
closets, I would like to see more custom closet solutions offered.
Bottom Line
I loved their new site. Really.
They make it so easy for people to find what they are looking
for, and their storage and organization section truly surprised
me. =)
