In business for more than 70 years, the Rubbermaid® brand represents innovative, high-quality products that help simplify life. Although a lot of their products can be found in most retail stores (and they even tell you where you can buy them on their "where to buy" page), many products sold at Rubbermaid.com are exclusive to the web site. Some of the products sold by Rubbermaid that surprised me include closet systems, garage organization, craft/ scrapbooking, storage, holiday item safekeeping and shelving solutions.

Product Line: A lot of the items are your usual organizational things you come to expect from Rubbermaid. But what really surprised me is their Configurations™ Closet Kits. They make it extremely easy to put the system together, and it really wont break your bank either.

Price Range: $9 -$205
The most expensive being the closet kits, but they are well worth it.

Services Offered: Account Creation, Order History, Order Status, Quick Order, warrantee on selected products

Customer Service: You can use their form, phone, or email or even snail mail (post office). You will find all the contact information under "Support Center" link.

Payments Accepted: Visa, Mastercard

Return Policies: Returns within 30 days of the date you received the shipment. You need to call them for return authorization.

Pros

Their Configurations™ Closet Kits was a total surprise for me. So easy to put together and all the accessories are also readily available to add on. The rods and expanding shelves make it quick and easy to reconfigure, and no cutting required.

I also liked the fact that they have a warrantee on a lot of their merchandise. Make sure to take a look at the warrantee section in their support section.

I also liked that you can get information on products without being pushed to buy. That's very refreshing in today's shopping sites.

Cons

They do not put things on sale. They do however have a Rubbermaid club where you can sometimes find special promo codes, or you can visit our Coupons and Deals page and see what specials we found for them this month.

I would also like to see all the support links more readily available to the shopper instead of it all being under "Support Center" little link on the bottom of the page.

Bottom Line

Rubbermaid has great products, as we always knew they did, but they really did surprise me with their organization and closet items. Definitely take a look at the closet section.
