If you've ever been to their
stores, the store layout is divided into lifestyle sections
marked with brightly colored banners such as Closet, Kitchen,
Office and Laundry. Wherever you look in the store, there's
always someone in a blue apron who's ready to help solve everything
from the tiniest of storage problems to the most intimidating
organizational challenges.
Well, the site is very much like that. There is more categories
to choose from, and there is always expert help on every page.
And the tips are phenominal!

The best part I found was their
Get Organized section.
You can create a project name. You can then add different product
into there that you think you will need. Visit that project
area whenever you want, and if you have a question or you are
not sure which item will be right for the task, you can submit
you question right there!
Another is Plan Your Space. They guide you with specific questions
about your sapce and needs, and put an expert on the job for
you. They usually post their plans and recommendations into
your project section of your account appr. 3-5 days. Neet!
I though the "As Seen In" category was also unique.
If you saw their ad or product in a magazine, go to this section,
click on the magazine, and you'll find all the featured products!
Cons
By accident, I found a neet feature
under the Shelving category - "Talk to an Expert"
You can put in your name and number and when it's convenient
for you, they'll call you. Ithought that was great, but could
not find this feature anywhere else on the web site? That's
really strange, since they are really into helping customers,
you would think they would offer that with every product. Oh
well.
Bottom Line
Over all, I really enjoy this
website. It's like a storage and organization wonderland! The
product selection is good. The prices are reasonable, and the
website is very fuctional and intuitive. You really should check
it out.
